Refund policy

At Kustomade, every product is made with care and customized just for you. Since our products are personalized, we follow a slightly different return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our process.

As most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or has a manufacturing issue

  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.


πŸ’Έ Refunds

Once your issue is verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product (preferred option)

  • Full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Customized products with no defect or damage

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

  • Incorrect photo uploads or details provided by the customer


πŸ“¦ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the design or production process has started, cancellations will not be possible


🚚 Shipping Issues

Kustomade is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
