Refund policy
At Kustomade, every product is made with care and customized just for you. Since our products are personalized, we follow a slightly different return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our process.
π Returns
As most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

Damaged during delivery

Defective or has a manufacturing issue

Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
πΈ Refunds
Once your issue is verified, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the product (preferred option)

Full or partial refund, depending on the issue
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Customized products with no defect or damage

Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

Incorrect photo uploads or details provided by the customer
π¦ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the design or production process has started, cancellations will not be possible
π Shipping Issues
Kustomade is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
